The "center piece" is item 3 or 5, as shown in the illustration, actuator sub-assembly, for $40 and change plus shipping.
Look at the parts list on the link I posted for the left side assembly. |

| I'd check to make sure that the part you order is coming in the color you expect. Sometimes with a mirror, replacement parts come in black and need to be painted. This may be part of the cost of the dealer installation. |

The complete unit comes already painted, and the parts the OP needs come in one color only, since when installed they're not seen. |
