Left rear seat side lever not working

The lever on the side of the left rear seat, that lets the seat translate forward and the seat back go forward so people can get in the third seat, has stopped working. The lever moves up but the seat does not budge in any way. Must be a cable came loose? Any help on how I could fix this? Thx, Mark
