Hi All,
I'm fairly new here, and while we've had no luck yet getting our Pilot (see other threads and dealers reviews of our hellish experiences if you're interested!) we remain optimistic!
So......WHEN we get our Pilot and we want to go the options route here, who does the installation? Are there any people anyone can recommend around the Chicago 'burbs?

Well, I don't know what the statistics are for this group, but there seems to be a handful of do-it-yourself types who have installed their own accessories (like the roof rack crossbars and splash guards and running boards) so depending on which accessory it is, and how intrepid you are, it can be done..
I, on the other hand, didn't feel mechanically-inclined to take on such a task and risk screwing something up, so I left it up to dealer to install my accessories.
Just some food for thought... |
