its listed at : $70.20 so with 10% discpunt will be : $63.18 + $2 handling (shipping included).
Yes it covers the back and the third seat area. I thing you can roll it if the third seat is up but not sure.... |

Yeah, it rolls up with the 3rd seat up. I like to roll it up and then hold it down with the cargo net stretched flat. |

Dag Nabit! I just ordered mine Monday or Tuesday and got it yesterday from Tim, of course, otherwise it would have been perfect!
For future reference though, as I am still green, when a group buy is made how are the items dispersed to the purchasers, can you split the shipping locations? If so is the shipping to multiple addresses still covered in Tim's cost???

Ditto...I ordered Monday from Hondacuraworld as well...should be arriving hopefully today. I was looking for GB info before placing my order and thought that I had read a post stating that there was really no room for a discount on cargo trays (Reference Thread). That discussion took place quite some time ago. Maybe things have changed.

I almost slways have the 3rd seat up, but when I go to Lowes or a garden center, I sure would like the tray. I sure wish they made a flexible one(one that would bend at just the right place and pivot up with the 3rd seat.) |

Nothing would stop you from putting somethin on the tray back there, something not too big - like a lacross stick. Then roll it over. Picture a very large, thick doormat without the fuzzy stuff. That's what it's like. Flexible. |

grant: The GB for the cargo tray isn't on the web site yet (the current one for the cross bars just expired yesterday April 17th) so Tim will probably be updating the site with the next GB shortly (I just checked a few minutes ago and it's still showing the cross bars). Don't worry, you'll have time -- the GB usually stays on the web site (hondacuraworld.com) for a week -- go enjoy your long weekend and don't worry about missing out on the cargo tray GB!!!! :4: :)
P.S. There is no list, per se... once Tim puts the GB on the web site, you go and place your order just like you would at any online vendor (like amazon.com et al)... :p
P.P.S Many members have praised the quality of the cargo tray (not the cargo mat), so I think you'll be getting a mighty fine product... |

| Cargo MAT? Don't know of a cargo MAT. There's a Cargo Tray that the current GB is for (ramirami posted the pic on page 1) and a Cargo Liner that cover's the back & back of seat. There's the All-Season Mats but you know what those are - floor mats for front and 2nd row. Don't know nuttin about no Cargo TRAY. :p |

Looks like the upcoming group buy for Cargo Trays is in a holding pattern as the updated Specials list at hondacuraworld.com now includes a Running Board group buy.

Yes Harddrv, that is exactly what this group buy is for, and yes it is actually called a Cargo Tray on the Honda website. It's likely called a tray because of the small edges that it has on the sides.
Here's the description, straight from the hondacars.com site:

Couple of points here:
1. It seems like a lot of people don't care for the system that I've got set up with the group buys that I have set up with one clearing per week, then the shipments aren't promised until the next. Hondacuraworld is two people , Shawn and myself. This is the best way that we can organize this, and up until now I've thought this was okay, but since people in every GB thread are complaining, maybe I'd better reconsider the way I do them.
2. I have been out of work for the last two days with a severe case of food poisoning. Depending on the blood test results, I may have to be hospitalized later this evening as I cannot even keep liquids down. Which, if it's not up by noon tomorrow, you know where I will be :( |

It's in your ballpark as to how you want to manage, order, prioritize, authorize and implement Group Buys. If you make it open season on GBs and have 2, 3 or more going at once, you're going to start having people griping about slow delivery times, out of stock items, etc.
Whatever you plan to do, maybe it is time for a Group Buy Updates thread or a Group Buy Administration thread that is one of those threads anchored to the top of the Group Buy area (like the VIN thread is). This top level thread would be the place where we ask you about possible GBs and you keep us informed of what GBs are currently active, and what will be coming up from week to week. That way everyone can have a view into what's being discussed and what's being offered. Just my .02

- The current system is prefectly fine with me. Guess "just two people" is a big reason that your prices are soooo good. I don't think people are actually "complaining".......just eager to get their stuff. It's nothing toward you and I'm sure you can understand.

I hope you feel better soon. I had food poisoning once and was in bed or the bathroom not knowing which way to go.....for a couple days. I know how you feel. Hope you can kick it quick for your sake.

| Thanks everyone for your well-wishes......after 11 hours of broken sleep I'm back at the controls this morning, with Gatorade and Metoclopram at my side. I'll switch the specials over by 9 AM. |
