I know the little open envelope means there is a new unread post in a thread, and more stuff in the envelope means more than one, but what's the "excited" envelope with the 'steam' or whatever coming out the top? Is the meaning of the icons documented somewhere? They seem very useful to see what you want and what's new very fast, I just wish I knew what more of them meant.
