| Well we are out, thanks to the Broncos, or rather thanks to the Fins and their awful season. A home-losing season at that! Goodbye Dave, goodbye Norv and hopefully, goodbye Jay. I hope they ask Santa for new jobs this Xmas. |

We need an ownership change in DC, not a coaching change. And certainly not a coaching trade. Norv's not welcome here. Where's Richie Pettibone when you really need him?:( |

Sorry to hear of the sorry state of the Dolphins, but please, you want a bad football team? Try the Lions.
Road record in 2001, 0-8.
Road record in 2002, 0-8.
Road record in 2003, 0-8.
New NFL Record for consecutive road games lost, 24, set by those Detroit Lions...
Kind of gives the Tigers something to shoot for this year, maybe 0-61 on the road... |

The Dolphins have a lot of talent but no playoffs !?!
I think whenever that happens people blame the coach, but I don't think the worlds best coach could've done better. The Dolphins' problem is the offensive line, especially the left side.
I have a TiVo and have the luxury of replaying any play I want. Believe me, in pass protect or in making holes for a run, the o-line really stanks. :flush:
If the team wastes its money in acquiring new leadership then I fear the o-line won't get the needed upgrade. |

CNYGuy I feel for you, but at least you knew ahead of time your team would be awful. Dolphins are always great on paper, always supposed to make the playoffs and it never happens. The drafting was awful, they need a GM to make player decisions, money talks, etc. Dave is not knowledgeable enough to do all of that and Wayne H. doesn't want to run the team.
If Spurrier becomes head coach I will puke.
How can a fomer Nole cheer for a team where he is the head coach? |
