It's very simple & it's free, you sign up & predict the two BARHonda drivers qualifying & race positions. I've come close a couple of times but havent won yet. For this weekends French Gran Prix I predicted that Jenson Button will qualify 5th & finish 4th & Takuma Sato qualifying 2nd & finish 2nd.......I have my fingers crossed. :)
BARHonda is actually doing pretty good this year, out of nine races they have been on the podium seven times....that's just awesome!

Thanks for the tip, I'm looking around for BAR Honda hats even if they're not signed.
Ferrari and Schumacher got the championship locked in this year, but I hope BAR Honda takes at least 2nd place.
It's too bad that Villeneuve is out of team BAR, I'm a fan of him. I hope he gets a F1 ride soon, maybe Williams or Jaguar hopefully.
GO BAR HONDA GO! :18: :claphead: :29: |

Yeah, too bad for Villeneuve that he couldnt stick with BAR. I'd been following his career for some time now & I consider myself a fan but cant help but think that he is burnt out. He couldnt make a go of it with BAR but look at BAR now, just one year after they decided to let go of Jacques they are third behind only Ferrari & Renault for the constructors championship & the current drivers continue to make headway & garner points. I do hope he finds a ride next year & gets another shot to show he is still capable, rumor has it he is headed back to Williams....:8:
Ferrari is untouchable, especially with SCHU at the helm...there's no doubt he'll win again this year & set a record for most championships.
I'll be watching the French Gran Prix live on Speed Channel then I'm off to go camping.
GO BAR HONDA GO! |

B.A.R Honda's Jenson Button Finishes Fourth In Home Race - close but no cigar, no podium win this time but maybe the next race. But at least he's now third place in championship points after this race behind Ferrari team's Schumacher and Barrichello.
Button and Sato cross the finish line 4th and 11th in British Grand Prix.
Jenson Button drove a pretty good race sometimes running in 2nd and 3rd position, and finally finished fourth in Sunday's 60 lap British Grand Prix at Silverstone and team-mate Takuma Sato finished eleventh spot (no earned points).
Michael Schumacher won the British Grand Prix (his 80th F1 career victory) followed by pole sitter McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen and Ferrari's Rubens Barrichello. B.A.R-Honda's Jenson Button, Williams' Juan Pablo Montoya and Sauber's Giancarlo Fisichella finished fourth, fifth and sixth while McLaren's David Coulthard and Jaguar's Mark Webber completed for championship points, seventh and eighth.
British GP Race Results for championship points:
1. M Schumacher - Ferrari
2. K Raikkonen - McLaren-Mercedes
3. R Barrichello - Ferrari
4. J Button - BAR-Honda
5. JP Montoya - Williams-BMW
6. G Fisichella - Sauber Petronas
7. D Coulthard - McLaren-Mercedes
8. M Webber - Jaguar
Next race is the German Grand Prix in Hockenheim July 23 - 24 - 25
P.S.

Thanks Borg, the hat is top quality with Jacques Villeneuve signature and the best part of it is it's FREE! It was a giveaway when I bought one of their BAR-Honda T-shirt. :D
Good going for the Honda team, I hope they continue their winning ways until the end of the season and I hope they beat Renault.
Now I also need a Sauber Team hat! :2:
Latest F1 News:
Date: 9/15/2004
It seems like my favorite F1 driver Jacques Villeneuve will return to F1 racing with the Renault team to replace Jarno Trulli in the remainder three races of the season and then he signed a two year contract starting next year with Sauber.
Here's the story from the official Formula 1 website:
Villeneuve signs Sauber race deal
Jacques Villeneuve, busy testing with Renault at Silverstone today, will race for Sauber next season, the Swiss team have announced.
Villeneuve, the 1997 world champion, has entered into a two-year agreement with Sauber commencing at the start of November. He will partner Felipe Massa for the team’s 2005 campaign, replacing the Renault-bound Giancarlo Fisichella.
"I am extremely excited to be back in Formula One with the Sauber Petronas team, and I appreciate the confidence everybody is showing in me,” said Villeneuve. “It is my goal to work with Peter (Sauber) and his team to bring them forward in the championship during the next two seasons.
“In my recent visit to Sauber I have been extremely impressed by the professionalism which is apparent throughout the factory. I am looking forward to seeing the results that will be developed by the state-of-the-art wind tunnel."
Expressing his enthusiasm about signing Villeneuve, team principal Peter Sauber added: "I have to admit that signing a former World Champion is something truly special for me. However, I want to make it clear that this was not the decisive factor. When I was talking to Jacques, I could feel that he is absolutely keen and committed to return to Formula One. He was always a great fighter and I am convinced that together we can achieve a lot.
“I fully realise that signing a former World Champion is also an obligation for the team to provide him with a car that meets his expectations. Sauber Petronas has made considerable progress this year, and I am confident that we are ready to tackle this challenge."
The announcement would appear to end Vitantonio Liuzzi’s hopes of racing for Sauber next season. The recently-crowned Formula 3000 champion is due to test for the team for the first time at Jerez on Thursday.
Villeneuve is also in action this week, at Silverstone, where he is testing for Renault. If all goes well he is expected to race for the French team in the final three grands prix of the season following Jarno Trulli’s departure.

Canada's Villeneuve, driving for Renault finished 12th from 11th start position. Not bad considering he hasnt driven in a race for almost a year. |
